What is Emotional Freedom Technique?
EFT is short for Emotional Freedom Techniques and is based on principles from ancient Chinese medicine and modern Western psychology. With the tapping technique we can create a balance in our energy and get rid of negative emotions and pain.
EFT session

Then I will guide your through the tapping routine and we will set up the perfect combination for you.
The session will end with a short revision.

Due to the nature of this technique this session can easily be done also online.

About the session
EFT focuses on meridian points (energy points) and could be compared to acupuncture, but instead of using needles it applies pressure to these points by gently tapping on them. Meridian points are areas of the body where the energy flows through. If the energy flow is unbalanced this can create disease.
EFT can help you send signals to the part of the brain that controls stress. So it could reduce stress, negative emotions, anxiety, pain.
Complaints should always be considered individually therefore it is always best to contact the practitioner to discuss what would be the best option for you. EFT can be seen as a good complementary treatment to talk therapy.
